About this machine
The Wood Chipper 300 Double Barrel runs on its own 18 HP, 479 cc petrol engine, so it works anywhere on the farm without a tractor or electricity. It turns plantation waste such as wood branches, coconut leaves, areca leaves and coconut husks into fine mulch at 1.5 to 2 tonnes per hour.
The double barrel MS body carries 10 mm SS blades (SKD11) on a 50 mm main shaft, driven by a double belt. The 300 mm bucket takes bulky waste and wood up to 2–3 inch thick, the recoil starter is simple to use, and two trolley wheels make it easy to move between trees.
Used for / suits
Wood branches, coconut leaves, arecanut leaves and coconut husks, for mulch, compost and organic farming. Suits farms and plantations that want a self-powered chipper they can take to the waste.
